🌟 A heartwarming success story! 🌟 I had the pleasure of helping a sweet 4-year-old who came to me with migraines. After a few treatments, she’s now pain-free when moving her neck, can comfortably look up during hair washing, play without discomfort, and sleeping better at night. Check out these amazing results! After just one hour of John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, this young man gained nearly an inch in height and showed remarkable improvements in his posture. ✨

✨ Posture Transformation Journey ✨

Check out these amazing before-and-after photos of a young client who improved his posture within one 60 min session! If you can see in his before pictures there is a strong lower back arch, a higher left hip, and very wide and stiff rib cage. After our sessions, you can see the marked improvement in alignment, a lengthening through his back, and a lot of overall softening in his tissues! He also reported feeling like he felt more ease with taking a deep breath! 👏🎉

I am so proud of this progress and can’t wait to help more people find their optimal posture. Imagine getting this work as a child; how many issues he will avoid and never have to deal with because he is receiving this work as he is growing before it can solidify and cause pain and further restrictions on his spine and body ❤️❤️

Life handed me an unexpected challenge recently, and I’m currently on my own healing journey. I’ve been leaning into myofascial release and emotional release work to support both my body and mind — the same tools I share with my clients every day. I am also blessed with amazing friends and family to help me through this all. ❤️

Because of this, I’ll be keeping limited hours over the next few weeks to allow my body the space it needs to recover fully. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 💛

This experience is a powerful reminder that healing isn’t always linear — but with the right support, the body knows how to restore. I look forward to continuing to share this work with you, now with an even deeper perspective.
