We're Here For You Ringgold County Hospital is a 16-bed Critical access hospital operating under Chapter 347 of the Code of Iowa. Ayr Medical Clinic.

Services include same day and outpatient surgeries, infusion therapy, cardiac rehab, sleep studies, physical rehab, and much more. The hospital also owns and operates the Ringgold County ambulance service and the Mt.

From a throwback-style staff Christmas party and a fun door-decorating contest to our interactive holiday card on the courthouse lawn, a lighted scene at Poe Hollow, and festive touches throughout the facility (shoutout to our Maintenance crew!).

We’ve loved being able to celebrate this season with our staff, patients, and community!

Winter blues symptoms include sleeping more than usual, loss of appetite, disinterest in usual activities, and mood swings.

RCH's Senior Life Solutions wants you to know there are ways to lessen the risk of winter blues that anyone can try regardless of their age and circumstances. A few of those things include:
1. Limit your exposure to the news
2. Establish a good sleep routine
3. Eat mood-friendly foods

Ready to celebrate one of the BIGGEST running days of the year? 🦃🏃🏻‍♂️ We can't wait to see you at the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning! Starting at the ROA Building (Polk Street), take a run (or leisurely stroll) through the town and start your Turkey Day off on the right foot…or the left.

📅: Thursday, November 27 - race starts at 8 AM
📍: ROA Building on Polk Street
💲: Food or monetary donation to the MATURA Outreach Center

Routes will include a 3.1-mile, 2-mile, or 1-mile option with a “Wibble Wobble” around the square for the lil turkeys. The entry fee for the race is a food or monetary donation to the MATURA Outreach Center.

Turkey Roomba Roulette! 🦃

Departments were challenged to craft their best balloon turkey and send it into an arena to dodge a skewer-taped Roomba with a mission…turkey hunting. One by one, turkeys went down as the vacuum made its rounds. Congratulations to Ambulance on being the last turkey standing!
