This Thursday Yoga class will be a Pop Up Chair Yoga at 7 pm. This will be a gentle, supportive class designed for all fitness and mobility levels. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build strength, recover from an injury, or simply stretch stiff muscles, this slower-paced, mindful class helps you move safely with less pressure on the joints.

Meet our new trainer/fitness instructor!

Jessica is a master's-prepared nurse with over 11 years of healthcare experience and certifications in personal training and group fitness. She is also a board-certified nurse coach and competitive NPC bikini/wellness athlete who brings a science-based approach to strength training, movement, and overall wellness. She is passionate about helping people build confidence in the gym, learn proper lifting mechanics, and develop sustainable habits to support their goals.

Jessica will be joining the team as a substitute group fitness instructor and occasionally leading pop-up classes, while also offering personal training. Additionally, she is working on Real Ryder and 200-hr Yoga Teacher certifications to help expand the classes we can offer.

When she’s not coaching or working in the hospital, you’ll likely find her training, studying new coaching strategies, or preparing for her next competition.

🔧 System Upgrade Update at MSF Gym 🔧

We recently completed the transition to our new hardware and software access system at MSF Gym, and we want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience during this process. Change can sometimes come with a few bumps, and we truly appreciate your understanding while we worked through this upgrade.

If your key card is not working, please email jenn@msfgym.com or stop by the main office, and we will address the issue immediately.

✅ Important Reminder for Access:
Please place your access card directly on the reader and wait 4–5 seconds until you hear the click before opening the door.

We’re hopeful the transition has been smooth for most members, and this upgrade is just the beginning! Phase 2 will introduce phone-based access, making entry even easier and more convenient.

Gym friends —

You care about what goes in your body.

But what about what’s in your cleaning products? Shampoo? Laundry detergent?

I thought I was buying “clean enough.”

Then I started reading labels.

If you’ve ever wanted to simplify your household shopping and upgrade quality without paying more, I’m happy to share what I switched to.
