📣 NEW CLASS ALERT at MSF! 📣 Pop up December 26 at 5pm

I’m so excited (and yes… a very proud mom 🥹) to officially welcome Noah Hillis as the instructor of our newest class — BASE CAMP.

Base Camp is inspired by Noah’s ROTC training and is designed to challenge you while still being approachable for all fitness levels. I took the trial class today and loved it.

🔥 What to expect:
• A solid, purposeful warm-up
• Three levels of weights so you can choose what works for you
• Conditioning + cardio mixed in
• A great cool-down and stretching session
• Structured, motivating, and efficient — just like ROTC training

Whether you’re looking to push yourself, build strength, or try something new, this class delivers. Noah does an amazing job coaching, encouraging, and creating a supportive but challenging environment.
