Today – Saturday, October 25th is Drug Take Back Day from 10 am – 2 pm!

The Macomb County Sheriff’s Department and the Clinton Township Police Department are partnering with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in a national effort to safely dispose of medications from homes and to protect our waterways. Cleaning out your medicine cabinet takes just a few minutes and there are plenty of convenient collection sites near you. For collection sites near you, go to Take Back Day collection locator.

Please note: The Macomb County Health Department’s locations are not a collection site for this event. Needles or inhalers will NOT be accepted. If you have any questions regarding what is allowed or would like more information, please call 586-723-2360.
