I have been speaking about this for awhile now. VC backed platforms disguised as mental health providers are not our friends.

January check-in… 💭❄️

We’re officially one full month into the new year—and if you’re anything like me, the energy that carried you into January has definitely dissipated. This winter has been exceptionally cold, snowy, and gray, and honestly? I’m feeling a bit exhausted.

That’s exactly why now feels like the right time to revisit one of my favorite January stories: “Reset: An Insider’s Guide.” Three local experts shared what actually supports real well-being—not resolutions, not hustle, but sustainable practices that meet us where we are.

Wise words from Dean Romanelli of Romanelli's International Martial Arts , Dr. Karen Groth of ASK Psychological Services PLLC, and Susan Laurent of Natural Healing Therapeutic Massage remind us that a reset doesn’t have to happen on January 1.

Maybe this last weekend of January is the perfect time to reset. 💙
