There was a time I didn’t feel the world as deeply as I do now. Trauma, PTSD and living in survival mode  kept me stuck...

There was a time I didn’t feel the world as deeply as I do now. Trauma, PTSD and living in survival mode  kept me stuck in an existence that I don’t ever wish to be in again.  Holy Spirit sent me individuals and experiences that taught me the tools I needed to learn to get off of the merry-go-round that stuck-ness kept me in, continually repeating patterns that kept me in that existence.
Are there days I repeat WTF to myself? Absofreakinglutely.
Days where I wonder why I feel everything so deeply? Yes.
Healing and soul evolution  not only enabled me to feel my own soul, but of others also. Which is why a lot of us are empaths. A double edged sword is it not?
There’s truth and clarity in feeling so much in ourselves and the world.
And yes, it can get heavy here. Overwhelming. With all of the feels. The stinging truths.
Then I remind myself looking out into the world, seeing so many desensitized. Watching all of the different ways people distract themselves from feeling. Drugs, alcohol, constant entertainment, drama, over eating, s*x, over spending, overcommitting, overworking, etc. They are all distractions from feeling their truth.
Regardless of the days I repeat WTF to myself, I would never want to go back to being numbed and desensitized to what actually IS. The truth of my spirit.

Keep pushing light workers and empaths.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed from the world, just sit with it. Ask the feelings what it’s trying to show you, what it’s trying to teach you about yourself. Learn from it. Feel it. Release.
We are deeply feeling spiritual beings having a human experience on this planet that can be very very messy. You are normal. You are powerful. You are Divine.
