TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO BE A QUITTER. Here's how:

QUITTING SMOKING ISN'T EASY. It takes time. And a plan. You don’t have to stop smoking in one day. Start with day one. Let the Great American Smokeout event be your day to start your journey toward a smoke-free life. You’ll be joining thousands of people who smoke across the country in taking an important step toward a healthier life and reducing your cancer risk. Plus, the American Cancer Society can help you access the resources and support you need to quit.

Feeling a little blue lately, fatigue, getting sick often? Are your bones or muscles a tad bit achy? Wounds just won't heal, hair looking brittle or falling out?
If you answered yes to any of the following you may be experiencing the signs of Vitamin D deficiency.
Vitamin D is an extremely important vitamin that has a powerful effect on several symptoms throughout your body. And unlike other vitamins, vitamin D is a hormone and every cell in your body has need of it. When our bodies are exposed to sunlight our level increases, unfortunately, with us living in the great state of Michigan we just don't get enough, and our bodies feel the effect.
Take a listen to the video below as Dr. Oz explains the health benefits of Vitamin D and what you can do to increase your level.
