One recommendation I have is to limit your news sources and only check them once or twice a day. There is so much information out there that conflicts at times and this can increase anxiety. The news sources that I go by at this point are the Maine CDC and CNN. Here is the link for the Maine CDC with regular updates and information:

Effective for at least the next two weeks, I will not be present in my Somesville or Ellsworth locations and will be doing all work from home.
