WHO needs help with Kidney’s?

🍉 Watermelon Kidney Flush Juice

Cooling Hydration • Gentle Urinary Flow • Summer Vitality

🧺 What You Need
• 3 cups fresh watermelon (use the whole melon flesh — seeds included if desired)
• 2 celery stalks
• 1 lemon with peel (washed well)
• Optional: ½–1 cup cold water (only if you want it thinner)
• Tools: juicer + strainer/cheesecloth, knife, cutting board, glass jar

1) Wash & Prep
1. Rinse watermelon and celery.
2. Scrub the lemon well (since you’re using the peel).
3. Chop watermelon into chunks.
4. Cut celery into smaller pieces.
5. Slice lemon into quarters and remove any visible seeds.

1. Run celery through the juicer first.
2. Add watermelon chunks.
3. Juice the lemon with peel last (small pieces).
4. Stir well and pour over ice if desired.
🥤 How to Use
• Drink fresh the same day.
• Best enjoyed in the morning or mid-day for hydration support.
• Start with ½–1 cup, then increase if your body does well with it.
