🧘 Last week’s Pop Up Kids Yoga “Poses From the Garden” 🌼 was so much fun, we are hosting two more sessions this week! Bring the little ones downtown to Sunstone Massage and Wellness this Wednesday 7/16 at 10am or 4pm and see for yourself.

🐞 Learn some fun “bug influenced”yoga poses

🎶 Chill out with a relaxing sound bath

✂️ Create a fun craft to take home
