Mind Body & Spirit The shop is open Wednesdays from 4-8p. Come find your magick! Tarot,and junk oracle readings available. We also host classes on a variety of subjects.

MBS carries a wide variety of items such as herbs, stones, crystals, incense, books, tea, candles, ritual items, condition oils, amulets, talismans, spiritual waters, & baths, essential oils, and much more. The majority of the items are made in-house and/or locally sourced. Anything that is not locally sourced ( within a 60-mile radius) is procured through trusted colleagues and artisans. Our magickal meet-up is held on the 1st Friday of each month at 6p and offers a chance to meet and chat with others in our community. Services at the shop include Tarot reading, bone reading, Reiki, candle workings, and spell services. This is a safe space of non-judgment and all paths are welcome. The shop is closed from Dec. 22nd- Jan. 31st each year.

Hello October!
Fall leaves with a cool breeze, mugs of cocoa, and warm spicy teas. It is the start of the dying time. With less daylight, the final harvest is being pulled in, the Asters give the final call, and the flowers fade as the green goes to ground. Trees shed their leaves leaving a crisp carpet underfoot, the scent of which tells us to hurry as winter is not far behind.
October kicks off “spooky season”, the month-long celebration of jack o lanterns, ghosts, bones, and things that bump, and boo in the night. Here at the shop, we honor and communicate with our ancestors every day, though we do have a few special rituals we save for October/ November. If you are interested in working with your ancestors but don’t know where to start, stop on up, we would love to chat with you about it!
Fall is a great time to do a deep clean physically, mentally, and spiritually. We have many different types of smoke bundles, incense, washes and sprays available to clear your home of stagnant or unwanted energies.
Speaking of energy clearing we are excited to announce that Lisa King of Rock & Reiki has moved her office into the shops reiki room and is currently accepting new clients! If you would like to learn more about Reiki come to the Reiki share on Sunday, the 12th. Led by our experienced RMT (Reiki Master Teacher) a share is a great way for those who are new to the practice to try it out. Reiki shares are also a great way for practitioners to receive reiki for themselves.

Sunday 10/26 Sunday School Class: Ancestral Connections 3-5p
Learn how to form and strengthen your connection with your ancestors.
This class is followed by a dumb supper. A powerful ritual experience dumb suppers are held in complete silence in honor of the ancestors. The supper serves as a spiritual practice to remember and connect with the ancestors, offer a chance for grieving, or for divination. Class fee $30. Limit 8 Preregistration only.

As always, I will be doing a community candle working at the end of the month. If you or someone you know would like to be included in this working for health, and happiness please let me know.

The shop is reopening! We will be open the 2nd and 4rth Saturdays, 12p - 4p. Other days/ times may be added for special events. MBS carries a wide variety of items such as herbs, stones, crystals, sage, incense, books, tea, candles ( plain & fixed), ritual items, condition oils, amulets, spiritual washes, waters, & baths, essential oils, and much more. The majority of the items are made in house and/or locally sourced. Anything that is not locally sourced ( within a 60- mile radius) is procured through trusted colleagues and artisans. MBS DOES NOT carry any mass-produced made overseas “spiritual” stuff that is typical in the industry. A community candle service is done at the end of each month at no cost.

    • The shop also serves as the meeting place for the Morrow Co. Spiritual Society the first Friday of each month at 6p

    Offering classes and workshops throughout the year as well as open public rituals MBS is a great place to connect with others. Come on up and sit a spell I will put the kettle on!
