Morrow Family Health Center provides primary medical health care, counseling, and dental services to U.S.C. 233(g}-(n}.

Federal Tort Claims Act
Center Street Community Health Center as well as our other approved sites and services are Federal Tort Claims Act deemed facilities. Health Center Program grantees under 42 U.S.C. 254b are also deemed as Public Health Service employees under 42. This Health Center receives HHS Funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health related claims, including malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

We want to inform you that our health center will be closed on Wednesday, December 24th, Christmas Eve and Thursday, December 25th, Christmas Day to allow our staff to spend time with their loved ones. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 29th.

Our Story

Morrow Family Health Center serves as a patient-centered medical home by providing primary medical, dental, and counseling services to all ages. We accept all insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Molina, Caresource, United Healthcare, Buckeye, Paramount Advantage and all Private Insurance. We offer same day appointments and walk-ins. We offer a sliding fee scale for any uninsured patients and assistance with Medicaid and Marketplace applications.
