Looking for a mid-day pick me up?
These protein balls might be just the answer you're looking for!

-1 cup dry oats (quick oats or old-fashioned oats)
-2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-1/3 cup honey
-1 Tbs chia seeds
-1 tsp. vanilla extract

Stir all of the ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl, cover and chill, then roll into balls. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.

The beekeeper forgot to put the frames in which the bees collect honey, and the bees built their own architecture from the honeycomb, which takes into account natural ventilation, so that the air can flow freely and maintain a stable temperature. This is the heart!

Pick up our maple syrup today and try your hand at this recipe!

Maple Pumpkin Doughnuts
Ingredients
1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

¼ teaspoon ground allspice

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

¼ cup light brown sugar

¾ cup pumpkin puree

⅓ cup vegetable oil

⅓ cup maple syrup

¼ cup buttermilk

1 large egg

½ cup confectioners' sugar

3 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ cup finely chopped roasted pumpkin seeds

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a doughnut pan with about 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, salt, and cloves together in a large bowl; stir brown sugar into flour mixture until well mixed.

Whisk pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup maple syrup, buttermilk, and egg together in a separate bowl until smooth. Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture until batter is just combined. Refrigerate batter for flavors to blend, 20 to 40 minutes.

Scoop about 1/4 cup batter into each doughnut well.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of a doughnut comes out clean, 9 to 13 minutes. Cool doughnut completely in pan. Loosen edges of each doughnut with a small offset spatula or knife and transfer to wire rack.

Whisk confectioners' sugar and 3 tablespoons maple syrup together in a small bowl until glaze is smooth.

Press doughnuts facedown into glaze to cover the top completely. Place doughnuts on a wire rack for glaze to set, 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over glaze.

It's Grilling season! Sweeten your taste buds up with Honey Glazed Chicken wings.

HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS

These honey garlic chicken wings are baked in the oven until crispy and coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce. Delicious as is or easy to add more spicy heat!
INGREDIENTS
US CUSTOMARY – METRIC
Baked Chicken Wings
2 pounds chicken wings, prepped for cooking
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, optional
fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Baked Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place an oven-safe wire baking rack on top. Set baking sheet aside.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels, then transfer them to a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Use a spatula or a pair of tongs to toss chicken wings until evenly coated.

Arrange chicken wings on prepared baking rack, spacing them so they do not touch.
Bake chicken wings for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through. Wings are done when skin turns light golden brown and juices run clear.
For the Honey Garlic Sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chili powder to a rapid boil. Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until sauce is reduced by half.

Remove saucepan from heat. Cover and set aside.
Putting it all together
Working quickly, place baked chicken wings in a wide bowl, then pour prepared honey garlic sauce on top. Use a spatula or a pair of tongs to toss chicken wings until evenly coated. Note: The sauce may be thick, but it should still pour easily. If it doesn't, microwave sauce for 30 seconds at a time until it's liquid again, then quickly pour over the chicken wings.
Serve honey garlic chicken wings as desired with chopped cilantro as garnish (optional).

Protein Balls

Stir constantly as you melt together:

48 oz of raw Honey
1/4 cup molasses
3 handfuls of small marshmallows
68 oz of crunchy peanut butter

Stir in:
2 cups dried fruit
2 handfuls of craisins
1 cup chopped walnuts (or any nut of your choosing)
2 cups crushed Cherrios (or any favorite cereal)

Add: 42 oz. of quick cook oats

stir until mixture is mixed completely and stiff. roll into ball and place on a baking sheet overnight in fridge. Store in a sealed jar or a zip lock bag and enjoy for a pick me up.
