Homebirth is in the name and I often say I’m a homebirth midwife. This month has taught me that I’m not just a homebirth midwife as we welcomed a baby born at home, a baby born in a truck, and a baby born at the hospital. Where you’re at, I’ll be there too. Homebirth is more about the support, the informed decisions, and the gentle care than the location.
