It's time for another Core Living Fitness Challenge!

Back to the Basics Fitness Challenge:
WATER • WALKING • WORKOUT • WHOLE FOODS

These 4 things might look basic— but when done consistently, they create serious momentum. For 4 weeks we will focus on getting back to basics.

The Daily Back-to-Basics:

💦Water - Hit your hydration goal of 64 oz.

🚶‍♀️Walking - Get at least 1k more steps from where you're averaging right now

🏋️‍♂️Workout - Strength train at least 3x/ week (check off on gym days)

🫐Whole Foods - Choose whole foods for most of your meals (aim for 80% of your day from real, unprocessed foods)

🗓️Challenge timeline: October 13th thru November 9th

How to participate:
✅ Each day, check off each of the basics you complete. The goal is to complete all 4, for 5 out of 7 days of the week. I have created a calendar with each item listed on each day to help you keep track. I will email to each participant to download and print out for tracking.

✅ Share how your day went with the community. Post daily or every few days in the Monthly Challenge text group.

✅ Hit 5 out of 7 days for the week to be entered for the cash (or workout credit with me) prize drawing. The prize will be 10% of the total paid in by participants, and you can enter up to 4 times!

It’s time for another Core Living Fitness & Nutrition Challenge!!!

2024 Holiday Fitness Challenge: Eating → Energy → Movement!
When: November 18-December 22
Cost: $50

Details:
1. Everyone will have the same 4 daily goals:

- Water/Hydration
- Movement - 30 minute daily workout daily, or 210 minutes/week
- Set Macros/Track Food (I help you set Macros; you use whatever tracking method you want)
- Plank (a different type each week)

2. Everyone will have an additional daily goal/challenge. A weekly calendar will be provided each week on Sunday with the week’s goals for tracking. I will help you set personal incentives for each week to motivate you to nail each day’s activities.

Example:

November 18

🔲 10 minutes of Stretching

Every day Goals:

🔲 water
🔲 movement/workout
🔲 food tracking
🔲 30 second high plank

Track and check off each day’s goals; submit a photo of your calendar to me at the end of the week.
