We’re so excited to offer a collection of summer series designed to help kids move their bodies, build confidence, and explore simple tools for mindfulness - all in a way that feels fun, creative, and engaging.
Each class blends yoga, breathwork, games, and creativity, along with time outdoors (including visits to the Military Ridge Path 🌿). It’s a chance for kids to connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them.
✨ Two 3-week sessions this summer:
July 1, 8, 15
July 29, August 5, 12
Join one or both - each session offers new activities and experiences.
✨ Two age-based groups:
Kids Yoga (Grades 2–4)
Tween & Teen Yoga (Grades 5–8)
Whether your child is brand new to yoga or has practiced before, this is a welcoming space for them to explore, move, and grow.
