You can start your day with a gentle Yin or Yin Flow class, waking up slowly and mindfully, giving yourself an intentional and easeful opening to the day. Not up for heading to the studio in the dark, cold morning? No problem. We offer Slow Flow and Mindful Movement mid-morning for a bit of cozy, grounding movement when the daylight feels a little friendlier. And in the evenings, our Yin Candlelight Slow Flow classes offer a chance to wind down and invite warmth and calm into the end of your day.
