Monday December 22nd and December 23 is 8 to 5
Wednesday Christmas Eve. 8 to 12
Thursday Christmas Day Closed
Friday December 26th 8 to 5

EXCITING NEWS FOR OUR COMMUNITY!!

We are excited to share that starting July 1st, 2025 we can now accept Medicaid for adults as a primary insurance!

We can't wait to better serve our community and look forward to seeing those that we have not been able to serve in the past!

Steps to begin:
1. See your P*P, Doctor, or specialist.
2. Ask to send a referral to Wellness Physical Therapy in Mount Ida Fax 870-867-0113.

3. We will call you when we receive your referral, and if you don't hear from us, please call and we will HELP you get that referral to us quickly!!
