❄️ Cooler weather doesn’t just bring cozy sweaters and falling leaves — it can also make your muscles feel tighter and your joints feel stiffer.
When temperatures drop, circulation decreases, which means your body isn’t as loose or flexible as in warmer months. Jumping into activity without warming up can increase your risk of injury.

✅ Take 5–10 minutes for light movement
✅ Add dynamic stretches like arm circles or leg swings
✅ Keep layers on until your body feels ready to move

This fall, give your body the warm-up it deserves so you can move better, feel better, and enjoy the season pain-free. 🍂
