Big miles, big smiles (…and maybe a little limping this week 😅)

Huge congratulations to Dain & Owen for crushing their very first marathon at the Jim Thorpe Area Running Festival this past weekend! 🏃‍♂️🎉. 26.2 miles is no joke—and they showed up, powered through, and crossed that finish line like champs.

Now let’s just say…they might be moving a little slower this week. 👀
Good thing they know a place for some top-tier PT care 😉

Drop them some love (and maybe some ice packs) below! ❄️👏

Spring is one of our busiest times of year — and honestly, it makes sense. Between the yard work, the golf course, and getting back outside after a long winter, our bodies don't always cooperate. 🌿

The good news? You don't need a referral to see us. Direct access means you can come straight in, get evaluated, and start feeling better — no waiting around for a doctor's appointment first.

Back, knee, shoulder, neck — whatever spring threw at you, we're here. Give us call!

Are you taking a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic and losing more than just weight? Maybe you’ve noticed muscle loss, or fatigue that’s making it hard to focus at work or keep up at home. Or maybe you’ve stopped the medication and you’re looking for a sustainable way to keep moving forward. If any of that sounds familiar, physical therapy might be exactly what you need.

Final Fun Friday = FARM FRESH FUN 🌽🚜

We wrapped up our Spring Feed the Need food drive in true down-on-the-farm style today! Our team traded their normal attire for straw hats, plaid, and overalls to help raise awareness (and a few smiles) for this important cause.

From barnyard vibes to big-hearted giving, we’re so proud of our staff for showing up all month long to support our community. 💛

Thank you to everyone who donated - we are still taking donations next week.

This team trip wasn't just a vacation — it was earned. 🌴

Over the past 6 months, our incredible team logged countless volunteer hours, taught community classes, coached teams, ran 5K’s, raised money, completed continuing education, and showed up for each other and our patients in big and small ways. Every act of kindness counted. Every extra mile was noted.

So when it came time to celebrate, we packed our bags for a long weekend in Cancun — and made some memories we won't forget.

From a chaotic (and hilarious) scavenger hunt to just soaking it all in together, this trip was a reminder of why we love the team we've built. These are the people who show up for YOU every single day. We think they deserved this.

Thank you to every single team member who made this possible through your dedication. We are so proud of you. 💙

Still dealing with pain from an old injury or surgery? You're not alone — and there may be a solution you haven't tried yet.

Astym therapy is a specialized treatment designed to target scar tissue and stimulate your body's own natural healing process. Unlike temporary relief from traditional massage, Astym therapy is designed to create lasting change in soft tissue — reducing pain and improving mobility.

In our latest blog, MacKenzi Myers, DPT, breaks down everything you need to know about Astym therapy — how it works, what to expect during treatment, and whether it might be right for you.

If you've struggled to find relief from tendonitis, post-surgical stiffness, plantar fasciitis, or other soft tissue injuries, this one is worth a read. 👇

Astym therapy assists in healing muscle and tendon injuries, including those unresponsive to other treatment techniques.
