Happy Friday the 13th from your favorite PTs! 🖤

While everyone else is worried about black cats and broken mirrors, we're over here thinking about the REAL scary stuff — tight hips, skipped warm-ups, and pain that's been ignored for way too long.

Stroke rehab doesn’t always happen inside the clinic. Sometimes it happens outside… with ladders. Real-life rehab in action.

Mike had a stroke in January and was worried about getting back to his window cleaning business — especially handling the tall ladders safely.

This week, Jamie our Neuro PT took therapy outside to practice stacking his ladders and challenging his balance so he can return to work with confidence.

Bonus: Mike couldn’t resist cleaning a few windows while he was here. Our lower windows on the left side are now spotless thanks to Spot Free Window Cleaning. 😄

That’s what real-world physical therapy looks like.

This is what physical therapy should feel like.

Every patient who walks through our doors has a goal — getting back to sport, work, family, or simply moving without pain.

Our team is here to help make that happen.

This video is a small glimpse into the care, teamwork, and encouragement that happens in our clinic every day. Enjoy!

Please join us in welcoming Bella to our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant at our Mount Joy clinic!

Bella first joined us during her clinical rotation as a PTA student, and it quickly became clear she was someone we didn’t want to let go. Her enthusiasm for patient care and natural ability to connect with people made an immediate impact on both our team and the patients she worked with.

A former cross country team captain and Lancaster-Lebanon League All-Star, Bella also brings the determination and goal-oriented mindset of an athlete — helping motivate patients to push through challenges and celebrate every bit of progress.

We’re excited to officially have her on the team! 👏
