SPECIAL EVENT: Crystal Class with Koz and Barb
Friday, October 17th, 6 PM - 7 PM
The second October crystals class at Lorenzen Studios is all about crystals that Glow in the Dark. In this class from Dr. Michele Lee Kozimor and Dr. Barb Prince, you'll have the opportunity to learn about Calcite, Franklin Minerals, Halite, and as a special feature, Uranium Glass. All participants get to take home their own set of crystals, and enjoy tea and snacks in good company. Make sure to pre-register at lorenzenstudios.com/book-a-class

We have TWO Special Events coming up!

✨THIS WEEK ✨
Saturday, October 11th, 1 PM - 3 PM: Join instructor Naomi Spahr in creating your own shadow box art project, based on Joseph Cornell's "dream boxes". All supplies are provided, but participants are welcome to bring some of their own personal items to include in their pieces.

✨NEXT WEEK ✨

Tuesdays:
- 9:30 AM Go with the Flow is moving to 10:00 AM
- New: Adaptive Yoga Sculpt at 11:00 AM
- 6:30 PM Energy Flow is now Go with the Flow

Wednesdays:
- 9:30 AM Energy Flow is now Cardio & Calm

Weekends:
- Friday 6:00 PM and Sunday 9:30 AM Go with the Flow classes with Ken Kneas are now called Soul Flow

🎨 We are hosting an Art Workshop this week! Saturday 10/11, 1 PM. $35, all materials provided.
Create your own shadow box inspired by Joseph Cornell's "dream boxes", using cigar boxes, paint, collage paper, magazines, gemstones, and any personal items that you would like to bring. This class is instructed by Naomi Spahr, a local art teacher with 19 years of experience.
