I am able to add 1 person as a Pilates client at 11am on Tuesdays. I am looking for someone who can be consistent; someone who will honor the mind, body, spirit, nature of Pilates and who is ready to commit to leveling up. Because when you enter my world, you have no choice. Only magic happens here.

Our new studio has been wonderful!
Reiki and Reflexology sessions with A Touch of R&R and Hypnotherapy sessions with Soul Ancestry are available and we are booking for July and August.
PURE Pilates is not taking new clients at this time.

My new neighbor, Lorenzen Yoga Studio, will be leading a Restorative Yoga Class to the sounds of Stella’s cello, next Saturday, June 7th at 2pm.

Joe is moving again…
From Liberty Place in Lancaster to Florin Hill in Mount Joy, now into the Mount Joy Business Center.
The trinity of PURE Pilates, Soul Ancestry and A Touch of R&R are downsizing and moving into Suite 15.
PURE Pilates will continue to offer private sessions and semi-private sessions to its current clientele. I apologize, but do not have openings at this time.
Soul Ancestry, is offering hypnotherapy sessions and past life regression. I am booking now in July.
A Touch of R&R offers reiki and reflexology with Jen Horst. Weekends and weekday evenings are available.
We closed our doors on 5-29-25 and will open the new space on 6-3-25.
