Scrapes & Cuts: Clean the area with mild soap and water, apply an antibiotic ointment, and cover with a bandage. Keep an eye on it to prevent infection. 🩹
Sprains & Strains: Rest, ice, compress, and elevate (R.I.C.E). If the swelling doesn’t go down or your child is in significant pain, it’s time to see a doctor. ❄️🏥
