This past week, our residents have been soaking up the sunshine and getting their hands in the dirt as we started planting our spring flowers together. There’s something so special about being outside, feeling the warmth, and watching something grow—especially when it’s done side by side with friends 💛

From sweet one-on-one moments to group laughter in the courtyard, these are the kinds of days that remind us how meaningful simple joys can be.

Inside, the fun kept going with creativity and connection—painting beautiful spring designs, sharing stories, and enjoying time together. And of course… we wrapped it all up with some delicious treats (because everything is better with a little something sweet 😉).

These moments—big and small—are what make our community feel like home ✨

It truly means the world to our residents to feel seen, celebrated, and remembered—especially during such a special season. Because of you, Easter at Carrick Glen was filled with warmth, connection, and love.

After 14 incredible years, today we celebrated a very special goodbye… 💛

Chef Zee has been more than just our chef—he has been a friend, a familiar smile, and a steady presence in the lives of so many here at Carrick Glen. From the meals he prepared with care to the conversations shared across the table, he has truly nourished both body and soul.

For 14 years, Chef Zee has shown up with kindness, dedication, and a heart for serving others. Our residents didn’t just enjoy his cooking—they loved him. And you can see that love reflected in every smile today.

While we will miss him dearly in our kitchen, we are so grateful for the years, the memories, and the countless meals made with love.
