Re-Introducing Myself (In the In-Between)

I’m slowly trickling back to work — honoring this season with clear boundaries and deep listening.

I’m not fully my “new version” yet… but I’m getting to know her.

Right now I’m immersed in pre- and perinatal psychology — exploring how our earliest experiences shape the nervous system and attachment. I feel especially drawn to supporting newborns and families at the very beginning. It feels sacred.

CranioSacral Therapy remains a foundation.
Vibration and frequency will always have my heart.

I’m moving at a very intentional pace and not actively taking new clients. If you feel deeply aligned, you’re welcome to reach out — I’m listening carefully to what feels right in this season.

And this space? It’s not about having all the answers.
I’m not a guru. I’m a human who loves learning — forever a student — sharing in real time.

You’ll find nervous system nerding, early imprint conversations… and also humor, randomness, and whatever feels uplifting.

Terrifying.
All the emotions,
and none of them,
wrapped into one fragile skin.
This time,
I hover above my life—
half here,
half somewhere celestial—
waiting to land.
To meet the new me.
To see if she fits.
If she can stretch into the light
and still hold who I was before.
Postpartum isn’t just recovery—
it’s rebirth.

I chose a homebirth because I believe in the wisdom of physiological birth ✨
The natural cascade of hormones + body signals that guide an undisturbed birth.
I wanted a calm, relaxed space for this soul to arrive in—
no rush, no bright lights, no emergency.
Just a gentle welcome and a peaceful first breath. 🌿
I didn’t walk this path alone.
I chose an incredible team—a homebirth midwife + a doula—
women I trusted, who trusted me in return.
A team that honored the sacredness of birth,
respected my choices, and operated from trust rather than fear.
They collaborated with me, and reminded me to find my own answers within.
This birth cracked me wide open…
and pieced me back together all at once. 💫
The sovereign women around me created the space for it all to unfold in its natural glory.
Forever grateful to and for your encouragement, support, and sacred space holding—
thank you for helping bring little Finn earthside in peace + love. 🤍

Our sweet boy Finn Wilder Ausherman made his way earthside 9/8/2025 during the powerful full moon lunar eclipse. Weighing 9.2 lbs and measuring 22” long.

He was born in the comfort of our home surrounded by all the people that loved and supported us both during pregnancy and beyond. His birth has been healing in so many ways. I’ll share his story at a later time but wanted to say we f**king did it! I’m so proud of us both. Can’t wait to see how you change the world little one. 🥹❤️
