Onward Step Onward Step facilitates drumming exercises for mind, body and spirit. Onward Step offers group and individual sessions.

Onward Step and Matt Bridges continues to offer the unique, hands-on and interactive music programs for seniors across Tennessee, including programs with Music for Seniors and Southland Creatives. Focusing on the universal concept of natural rhythms in our everyday lives, Matt leads participants in a variety of percussion/ music-based activities. He has facilitated well over 600 of these programs since 2012. Matt’s programs, are informed by his years of experience in the field of Creative Aging, his love for musical communication and his passion for serving others-along with earning a B.A. in Human Services/Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College.
