What a shame to withhold scholarship funds set aside for a land-grant university. Institutions whose founding purpose was to develop places of learning in agriculture, science, technology, and military studies. Of course, we know the purpose of this action was to directly target HBCUs. However, the reality is that those who voted for djt will be impacted the most. His base is largely white, poorly/uneducated educated, and rural. People of color are more likely urban dwellers. We don't farm. Many rural communities stopped farming several generations ago and are riddled with drug abuse. Those that do farm have been bleeding for years. Attending a land grant institution was designed to improve their lot and not ours. Shotting themselves in the foot by electing djt isn't a new condition, it's a generational condition of the heart. And soon, the cause of famine and devastation for all dwelling in "the city on the hill."
