Malcolm Gladwell, in his book “Blink”, talks about how we make a lot of intuitive decisions rapidly in the blink of an eye. So happy for this lovely young patient. She wanted a more arched brow, an open appearing eyes along with some refi me t of the tip of her nose. I did a modified endoscopic cable brow lift, posterior scarless eyelid ptosis repair and tip rhinoplasty. She’s loving her results and so am I!

Submentoplasty (deep central neck lift) and liposuction gave this patient the neckline and jawline she wanted! She chose to have her procedure in-office under local anesthesia, and did not even have a drain placed.
