The medical office receptionist also maintains an orderly condition of treatment, reception, as well as assist with other office duties.

The candidates will be required to have flexible hours and will need to fill in for the surgeries in the back whenever needed.

Hourly pay depending on experience.

Our staff is still taking this pandemic very seriously. We want to assure our patients of the steps we are taking to keep our patients and our staff members safe. We are taking all temperatures upon entering the office. Our office is being deep cleaned on a daily basis and cleaned thoroughly between every patient. We have put filtration systems throughout the office as well. Our staff has also taken additional measures with their required PPE. Thank you so much for your understanding as we are still following CDC guidelines during this time.

We want to reassure our patients of the steps we are taking to comply with ADA guidelines during this pandemic. As you know, the ADA has recommended dental offices remain open, only on an emergency basis. All elective procedures are to be postponed. We also want to assure our referral offices that we are doing our best to accommodate all of the emergency cases being sent our way. That being said, we want to notify you all of the steps we are taking to comply with ADA and CDC guidelines during this difficult time. Starting Monday, we will be limiting our hours of operation between 9-4, giving our staff time every morning and afternoon to sanitize the office. We have already begun to limit the number of patients in our waiting areas, and advising patients to wait in their cars until an available room is ready. Upon check in, we will be taking temperatures and asking all patients to thoroughly wash their hands. If you are currently, or have had any flu-like symptoms in the last two weeks, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. We will also be operating on limited staff. We want each of you to know how much we appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we navigate this situation. Our hearts go out to our fellow offices who have made the decision to close their doors. We pray this resolves quickly and the effects on each of you are short lived.

Our hearts continue to go out to all of you affected by the storms this week. We would like to offer our services to all medical emergency staff and volunteers- if any of you receive lacerations or need stitches due to an injury received while cleaning up debris, please come see us and we will clean up your wound and stitch you up if necessary. We can also provide IV’s if needed. This will all be free of charge. Our thoughts and prayers go out to each of you!
