We have a VERY FEW spots left for our Summer Produce CSA. The majority of our customers from last year renewed, so these spots likely won’t last long.

What is a CSA? The best way to think of it is that it’s basically a subscription type agreement that you make with a farm. You pay the season cost up front, and then throughout the growing season you are entitled to a “share” of fruits and vegetables either every week or every other week! It’s a great way to learn how to prepare and consume foods based on the local climate zone/growing season, and to support the efforts of local farms and other small businesses.

We require a deposit of 50% of your season total to reserve your spot. The final balance is due no later than the first week of the season (May 23rd).

Our CSA Day is Saturday each week, and pickups occur here at the Farm in Gladeville. Pickup hours are from 12-6PM.

The season starts May 23rd and runs a total of 18 weeks to end on September 5th.

We offer Weekly, or Biweekly options.

We also offer two box sizes, a Half Share is an 8qt (Peck Size) box, and a Full Share is a 16qt (Half Bushel Size) box.

In addition, we offer several Add-On items including Farm Fresh Eggs, Fresh Cheese, and Dairy Products that are available at a discounted rate compared to our daily retail price!

Do you want a chance to help out some awesome Wilson Central students AND get Delicious Fresh Lester Farms STRAWBERRIES at the same time?!

Our son Tyler Dobson along with 3 other hard working Wilson Central students have qualified to compete at the National Soil Judging Competition in Oklahoma this May! The boys have worked incredibly hard for months to get to this point and we are extremely proud of them! It will be a costly trip however, so here's where the 🍓🍓🍓 come in!!!

The FFA is currently partnering with Lester Farms for their Annual Spring Strawberry Fundraiser and 100% of the profits on the strawberry sales that these 4 boys do will be going directly towards their trip expenses. If they sell more than the trip expenses, any remaining funds will go into the FFA's general account.

Here's how Dobson Farms will be helping. We have coordinated with the FFA advisors and we will be taking orders directly on behalf of the Soil Judging Team. We will compile all orders and provide them to the FFA as a single order to avoid confusion and make sure that the Soil Team gets the credit for the sales.

****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ****

There are a few key points that are a little different than ordering directly from the FFA.

1. Prepayment is REQUIRED at the time of order

2. Pickup will be at DOBSON FARMS in Mount Juliet (Gladeville)

3. The pickup date is not 100% certain yet, but it is projected to be between 4/26 and 5/9. Exact dates will depend on weather but we will communicate in advance with you.

4. DO NOT DOUBLE ORDER. If you give your order to us so that the soil judging team gets credit for it, you DO NOT need to fill out the school order form.

Cost is $30 per gallon

Prepayment at the time of order is Required. We can take Cash, Check, Card, or Venmo.
