💥💥💥 DELOAD WEEK!! 💥💥💥

❤️ Well, we are another week closer to spring break & have enjoyed the little peaks of warmer weather….so we’re mixing up the cycle a little bit and adding some extra kick this week with Total Body & Core/Conditioning workouts! 💪🏻
👉 Next week will be 5RM Testing!!
👉 One more week of Deload for spring break week then Hypertrophy will begin Monday, March 16. 💪🏻

🏆 Our next challenge will begin Monday, March 16!
SIGN UPS will begin tomorrow, Monday, February 23. Watch for the link to be posted by noon tomorrow. These challenges are for any NEW friends who’ve been interested in trying us but just haven’t made the time yet. AND you get nutritional counseling with your $99 cost for the 4-weeks!! 💪🏻

Seems like the month has gone a bit faster than January did for sure! 😜. But we’re staying strong like our awesome friend, Maestro, here! 💪🏻🥰🙌🏻
☀️ We’re gonna change things up slightly with the remaining weeks of strength cycle… this week will be your 6 rep week. Next week we will have a deload week just to give your body a quick break/boost with something different then we will have our 5 RM testing week right before spring break. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
We hope this will give you a new challenge to get thru the next 3 weeks and before we go into a new season again.

Our amazing coaches are here to coach you up, watch your form, educate & give you a great hour of training with us! Our programming is intentionally designed for challenging your body…. Trust. The. Little reminders:
➡️ Sign up in advance for class thru the MINDBODY app. 3 days in advance, beginning at noon 3 days prior.
➡️ Sign OUT when you know you can no longer attend class to respect those who may be waiting on the waitlist.
➡️ A fee will be charged for no shows and/or late sign outs.
➡️ Follow our socials on FB & Instagram for any and all updates to schedules, up and coming events, etc.

💥 Total Body, Core/Conditioning & Total Body to finish out the week. We will resume strength cycle on Monday with a 5 rep week. 💪🏻
💥 PLEASE continue to be safe as ice still lingers in our parking lot. ❄️

Hey friends….
These are the times where being a small business owner can truly weigh on your heart just a bit more. 🤍

It’s the pull of trying to make the masses happy & give them everything they want or need. But…. I make no apologies when my protective side takes over in these situations every single time. And for that reason I am choosing to stay on a modified schedule for now by cancelling the dark & early classes as well as the last class of the day.

The overnight temps are still dangerously cold and the remaining black ice on the roads concerns me enough to want to continue to protect my coaches & you, the client. Many gyms in the area have been cautious as well so I remain confident in my decisions.

Many of you know how much I fiercely LOVE this gym community! 🫶🏻 I want the BEST for everyone….but sometimes that means I make a few unhappy and I have to be ok with that. (The people pleaser in me hurts a lot too! 🫣)

I cannot express how much I love & appreciate everyone’s words of support & kindness this week as well… it means the world!! 🥹
