Our Story

About the Provider: Chad graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2003 and has been practicing family medicine for 15 years, all of which have been in Mt. Juliet with an emphasis in primary care and urgent care. In his free time he enjoys crossfit, fly fishing, anything outdoors and especially spending time with his son, Jake and his daughter, Rozlyn. For Chad, practicing medicine is a combination of applying knowledge with common sense while treating the patient with respect and genuine care.
