COVID-19 Messaging System + Ocular Emergency Care Plan

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and current CDC guidelines, our office location will remain closed until further notice.

If you have an ocular emergency, we now have the ability to provide care through video or telephone conference as needed. Care within the safety of your own home! We will be checking messages left at (615)773-5773 several times a day and will try to respond to all requests as soon as possible.

To schedule an appointment, reschedule an existing appointment, or for all other inquiries please leave your name, date of birth and telephone number where we can reach you and we will return your call.

We will do our best to continue to serve our patients during this difficult time!

As of today, Thursday March 19th, Mt Juliet Eye Clinic will be discontinuing ROUTINE Eye Care per the recommendations of the CDC and our national eye care organizations. This includes exams for glasses and/or contact lenses. A temporary plan will be in place through April 1st.

If you feel you might be experiencing a sight threatening emergency, please contact Dr. Scoggins at (615) 491-4245 and he will decide if arrangements need to be made for you to be seen.

Otherwise, all other inquiries and communications will be most efficiently answered if communicated through email at mtjulieteyeclinic@gmail.com.

Please be aware, the optical is currently not taking any new orders for glasses and/or contact lenses. They only have one staff member on duty and the only thing they can help you with is dispensing any orders of contacts or glasses that have already been made and you have been called to inform you they are ready to be picked up.
