Time does not always heal injuries.
The right strategy does.
Yes, your body needs time.
But if you spend that time:
Resting completely
Avoiding movement
Stretching randomly
Pushing through pain
You are not healing.
You are deconditioning.
And deconditioning turns a 3 month issue into a 3 year problem.
The system you are trying to protect starts to weaken.
Muscles atrophy.
Tendons lose capacity.
Your tolerance drops.
Then when you try to “get back into it”…
It flares up again.
Time is either your best friend or your worst enemy.
It depends on what you are doing with it.
