You don’t need that.
But you do need to understand this:
When food stops,
the body doesn’t weaken—
it shifts.
• The Liver begins to move stagnation
• The Spleen is no longer overwhelmed with constant input
• The Kidneys conserve and regulate deeper reserves
• The Heart begins to settle excess heat
• The Lungs support release
This is why fasting has been practiced for thousands of years.
