MOST PEOPLE FAST WRONG.

They stop right when the body finally begins detoxifying.

When food is removed, digestion quiets.
But the body does not become inactive.

It begins doing something far more important.

It starts breaking down stored fat and releasing toxins, stagnation, and waste that have been trapped in the body for years.

This is when the real work begins.

As these substances are released into circulation, pure water becomes essential.
