Your role as a Behavioral Assistant is an entry level position providing services for individuals ages 4-21.

Your role as an In-Home Mental Health Therapist will be to provide psychotherapy to individuals between the ages of 4 - 21 utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities. In addition, the In-Home Mental Health Therapist will provide the youth and their families with an array of interventions such as psycho-education, negotiation and conflict resolution skill training, effective coping skills development, healthy limit-setting, emotional regulation skills, stress management, self-care, problem-solving skills, and skill-building that enhances self-fulfillment.

Applicants must possess either of the following licenses for the State of New Jersey: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT, APN, or Licensed Psychologist. (Only these New Jersey licenses will be considered for the position of In-Home Mental Health Therapist).

Caring Counselors , Inc. is seeking individuals to provide One to One Behavioral Support to the children/teens we serve. Behavioral Assistant addresses behavior and implements the BA ISP treatment plan. In order to serve in this position, applicants must posses a Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. This is a Part Time position and fee for service position. Rates start at $19 per hour and increase depending on experience.

Positions are available in the following New Jersey Counties: Atlantic, Camden, Burlington, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem.
