The impact of a strong clinician often starts long before a counseling session begins.

Jessica Staggs puts a lot of time & effort into preparing for her counseling groups by researching topics, developing meaningful materials, and making sure each session is structured in a way that encourages patients to engage and participate.

That preparation carries into both her group and individual counseling sessions, where she focuses on building connections and creating an environment where patients feel supported.

She continues to strengthen her clinical skills and shows a level of professionalism and insight beyond her role, while also staying committed to her own growth and credentialing. When challenges come up, she steps in without hesitation - supporting her team, adapting where needed, and staying focused on the patients we serve!

What did you do this weekend?

The guys from our Recovery Works Elizabethtown Men's Residential facility had a great day exploring Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest - taking in the fresh air and exploring the larger-than-life forest giants and art exhibits throughout this nature preserve. 🪵🐢 They loved getting outside, having fun and experiencing something new together.
