Escape Training Club Escape is a fitness community where all new beginnings can happen for anyone. Let's Create Possibilities! We are South Jersey's functional training center.

Many training and fitness centers may label their program to be functional. However, when you look closer into their program, it has no real transfer to life or sport. From sport performance to weight-loss and quality of life, we utilize our assessment and training program to pinpoint the training to your needs and goals. As you begin, a FMS Screen is conducted to evaluate your movement patterns and give us a baseline for where you are beginning. The screen is series of functional movements designed to evaluate proper bio-mechanics. Each screen score is the tool used to identify limitations and asymmetries. Corrective exercises and core movements help you move properly and improve your daily living, as well as overall fitness performance. The performance phase is where preparation meets a greater challenge. This is how transformations are created.
