At BAYADA, community service is at the heart of how we live our mission. Our Global Support Center team organized a holiday gift and toy drive for the Providence House Holiday Store, supporting families healing from domestic violence.

Through a festive “Giving Tree” of wish-list ornaments, employees chose gifts to help bring hope and holiday joy to families in need.

Our BAYADA Pediatrics, Lock Haven, PA team recently spread holiday cheer to benefit the patients at Geisinger Janet Wise Children's Hospital. They collected and delivered 150 toys for the annual Child Life Program toy drive.

For Susie, a BAYADA Director of Transitional Care, home care nursing became a meaningful new chapter after more than 30 years as a NICU nurse. When Jessie’s family invited her to help Jessie transition home, she didn’t yet realize how rewarding this shift to home care would be.

Our BAYADA Big Island Behavioral Health team was honored to volunteer at the Special Olympics Hawaii Party.

They supported event setup and cleanup, host games, and shared laughter, smiles, and meaningful moments with the incredible Special Olympics athletes.

BAYADA’s Fostering Acceptance, Inspiring Trust and Harmony (F.A.I.T.H.) Employee Resource Council (ERC) fosters an inclusive workplace where all beliefs are respected and everyone feels welcome.

Recently, the F.A.I.T.H. ERC partnered with Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministry in Black Mountain, NC for the annual Deck the Trees fundraiser supporting the Fuel Fund, which helps neighbors stay warm during winter. Embracing the theme Christmas in Music & Song, the team created a Taylor Swift–inspired tree, In My Merry Era, spreading joy while giving back.

Kenson was born with a rare heart condition called heterotaxy syndrome, which meant his heart formed on the right side of his chest.

This year, he became a Make-A-Wish America recipient, dreaming of a sunny getaway to Palm Springs, California. Thanks to the BAYADA Behavioral Health team, Kenson and his family had an unforgettable trip filled with laughter, exploration, and simply enjoying being a kid.

ERC) Gratitude Project, teams across BAYADA paused to reflect on the moments and relationships that make their offices feel like family. This year, our Ocean County Visits and Ocean County Senior Living offices were recognized for the way they show up for one another—celebrating milestones, supporting through hard days, and making sure every teammate feels seen and appreciated.

Meet Zayva, a bright and resilient child living with a rare genetic condition. With the support of one-on-one skilled nursing care, she is able to stay safe, comfortable, and at home this holiday season, surrounded by the love of her family.

For families like Zayva’s, home means more than a place. It is where traditions are shared, memories are made, and time together matters most, especially during the holidays.

Ongoing nursing shortages and potential cuts to home care nursing funding make it harder for some families to remain together at home. At BAYADA, we’re committed to clinical excellence and ethical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care. As a proud member of the Council of Autism Service Providers - CASP, we follow national best practices to support children and families.

We also recommend TheSpectrum.org, CASP’s new education hub for parents and caregivers of young children recently diagnosed with autism. It offers research-backed information and helpful tools to guide early care decisions.

Our BAYADA MLP team is honored to be working with K's Foundation- a nonprofit organization founded by one of our very own MLP nurses- to support families in need following Hurricane Melissa. We are collecting non-perishable food items, clothing, and other essentials to be delivered directly to those who need it most this holiday season.

PLEASE BRING DONATIONS TO 1120 Rt 73, Suite 110, Mt Laurel NJ between 8:30 and 5:00 Monday-Friday. All food items collected before December 15th will be included in the first shipment being delivered this month, and all other donations will be held until the next shipment in the coming months.

Today, we surprised Jamie with the news that she’s not only our Quarter 3 LPN Office Hero, but also our Divisional Hero! From starting out as a nurse resident to now caring for some of our highest acuity clients as a STAT nurse, Jamie’s compassion and joy touch everyone she meets.
