This experience is less about meditation techniques and more about slowing down, turning inward, and exploring your inner calm, curiosity, and compassion.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided practice, followed by time for reflection and optional sharing in a supportive space.

No prior experience needed. Come as you are!

Compassionate folks have long been trained to be compliant and keep-the-people-pleased.

And this causes untold problems in our own little worlds, such as,
😵‍💫 codependency,
😩 emotional hurt and misery,
😮‍💨 exhaustion and burn-out.

But it also causes untold problems in our BIGGER world.

Because many of the very people who contain the qualities our world so desperately needs (love, concientousness, empathy, responsibility, and kindness) are often not even on the playing field.

We’ve been stuck on the hamster wheel of doing what we’re told, drained by toxic relationships, or burning out because we were taught to feel guilty for having needs).

We were taught to see power as something to be afraid of.

After all, aren’t good people supposed to stay quiet, not rock the boat, and feel wrong for taking up space?

So of course we didn’t realize that we could help our world write a new story…because we didn’t even realize we could write our own.

But that is changing.

Because compassionate people are waking up.
