I wanted to say this in support of gen Z's and Millennials. I get a lil tired of people speaking out against them calling them lazy, worthless and other demeaning adjectives. YOU have NO idea how they must feel Most of us didnt grow up in the same "world" they did, Yeah when i was a kid we had fire drills, and a few times an air raid drill during vietnam war timesI remember feeling it odd but not scared. They kids go/went to school every day with the real chance of a mass shooting, doing terrifying mass shooter drills, they have grown up with many parents angry at their neighbors fighting about political opposing viewpoints. When we were kids there were healthy debates and if you candidate didn't didnt win there may have been some playful ribbing that happened between friends and family, but you just accepted the loss and said better luck next time. We respected the office of the president whether or not he was " your guy" or not. these young people, many have not been shown this. Kids are emotional sponges, they absorb the feelings they are subjected to in a huge way. Many of them suffer from Anxiety, depression and mental conflicts we didnt have because overall we didn't have the post-traumatic stress syndromes many of them are afflicted with. Many are hurting and feel lost and alone, Remember this the next time you want to judge them and put them down. Remember this also,they are our future, so reach out with a kind word, or a loving hand to hold onto the next time you see these gen Z's and millennials'. Show them how WE were raised and give them permission to believe in a better tomorrow. Much love to all. This ol' Gen X-er

Our Story

We offer a variety of holistic modalities. pain support , cancer support, body image challenges and food challenge counseling, Reiki for stress management, and relaxation among many other benefits. Nutrition counseling. meditation classes, Reiki certification classes, essential oils classes, health consultations, emotional or spiritual support. Using oils for body discomforts for the elderly and small children is potentially less risk than more conventional routes and has been noted in my experience to have fewer side effects if any. I started my center after A miraculous encounter. My Mother Elizabeth(Betty) for whom which the center is named for, was said to be brain dead after a massive stroke and came back to consciousness with the use of Reiki and essential oils. This occurrence sparked my inner flame of what I felt was now my life purpose, to offer hope for those who are searching for alternative approaches, and maybe just one more day with their loved one. So many times I have seen in my 30 year nursing career people left with out choices but to succumb to their biggest fears. If you are searching then search no more. If nothing more you are at least not without choices. AND as I used to say to my Momma , we have nothing to lose but EVERYthing to gain by trying.
