This phase of life is a phase where we can no longer self-abandon - in body, mind and spirit.

A multi-faceted approach is needed for women to thrive in this phase of life.

Forgiveness is coming up a lot for me lately...
We would definitely have less stress if we practiced forgiveness more frequently....
Forgive yourself for that mistake you made...
Forgive the guy who cut you off on the highway...
Forgive yourself for thinking that thought...
Forgive your spouse for not meeting your unspoken expectation...
Forgive your child for not picking up that sock that sat in the middle of the living room for 3 days....

Think of all of the places that forgiveness can be utilized and then think of the stress you would be relieved from....
