If you’re reading this as a pre-PA student, let this be your reminder that today is not about GPA stress, application timelines, or questioning whether you’re doing enough.

PA school will still be there tomorrow.
But today is for family.
For rest.
For food.
For joy.

The journey to PA school is long, and it can quietly take over your thoughts if you let it. But your life is allowed to be full and meaningful even while you’re working toward your dream.

If you needed permission to unplug today, this is it.
