Recovering hand function after a neurologic injury can be challenging—but technology is helping open new doors.

In this session, we’re using the Motus Nova Hand to assist with repetitive, task-specific training to help retrain the brain and improve hand movement. This type of therapy allows for high repetitions and active participation, which are key ingredients for neuroplasticity and recovery.

Every small movement matters, and every repetition helps build progress. 💪

If you or a loved one are experiencing difficulty using your hand after stroke or another neurologic condition, physical and occupational therapy may help.

👣❓ Foot & Ankle Pain? We’re Answering Your Most Common Questions!
We just posted a new blog covering some of the most frequently asked questions we hear in the clinic about feet and ankles — and you might see your own question on the list!
🦶 Why does my heel hurt?
🤕 What does it actually mean to “roll” my ankle?
👣 I’ve been told I have flat feet… now what? Can PT really help?
In this blog, we break down:
✔️ Common causes of heel pain (and when to get it checked out)
✔️ What happens during an ankle sprain
✔️ How flat feet affect alignment, balance, and pain
✔️ How physical therapy can strengthen, stabilize, and prevent future injury
Your feet are your foundation — and when something feels off, it can impact your knees, hips, and even your back.
If you’ve been dealing with discomfort, instability, or recurring ankle injuries, this post is for you.
