As Colon Cancer Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re leaving you with one final word: TREATABLE.

When found early, colon cancer is highly treatable. Advances in screening, surgery, and treatment have improved outcomes and saved countless lives—and early diagnosis makes all the difference.

Know the signs. Get screened. Encourage someone you love to do the same. If you’re 45 or older (or have risk factors), talk to your provider about getting screened.

Scheduling your screening has never been easier—visit our website to get started today.

🏋️ Take a Deeper Look at Your Health with a DEXA Body Scan

If you’re serious about your fitness and overall health, the number on the scale only tells part of the story. A DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) body scan provides a much more detailed picture of what’s happening inside your body.
This 10–15 minute, non-invasive scan uses low-dose X-rays to accurately measure:

✔️ Body fat percentage
✔️ Lean muscle mass
✔️ Bone density

DEXA is considered the gold standard for body composition, giving precise data on visceral fat and regional muscle distribution so you can better understand your health and track real progress.

Who benefits from a DEXA scan?
💪 Athletes looking to optimize training and performance
⚖️ Individuals managing weight who want to see changes beyond the scale
🦴 Those with bone health concerns such as osteoporosis
❤️ People with metabolic conditions who want to understand fat distribution risks
📊 Anyone wanting detailed health insights for a comprehensive wellness assessment

Whether your goal is building muscle, improving bone health, or getting a clearer picture of your overall wellness, a DEXA scan can help guide your journey.

📞 Ready to learn more about your body composition? Contact us today at 903.434.8035 to schedule your DEXA scan and take the next step toward a healthier you.
