My mind has been consumed with how I can better get services to police because the average sacrifice is a life 20 years shorter than others! The wear and tear of the job is REAL and anyone who does a high-stress job must do more than the average person to manage and heal the nervous system effects. Many cops have a brief life after retiring.
Though the services I offer are valuable and worth being paid for, I am always willing to offer them for free to first responders.
Yoga that is relevant to the job conditions, coaching through mental fitness techniques, and Reiki emphasizing neuro reset.
Thank you to our former Mt Pleasant chief for his service and may he rest in peace. 🙏😔

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of former Chief Timothy Joseph Zarzecki (May 6, 1962 – February 1, 2026).
Chief Zarzecki dedicated over 30 years to the Village of Mount Pleasant. Before joining our department on January 17, 1988, he served as a Wisconsin State Trooper. During his career, he worked in patrol, was promoted to Sergeant overseeing all three patrol shifts, and became Police Chief in 2008.
He was a dedicated leader, mentor, and integral part of our community’s growth. In his own words at the time of his retirement in 2018:
"You are truly dedicated and professional individuals, every one of you! It has been an honor to serve with you and to be your chief of police. I sincerely wish you all the best in the future and will be here for you should you need anything of me."
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Former Chief Zarzecki will be deeply missed, but his legacy and service will live on in the Village of Mount Pleasant.
Rest in peace, Chief.
