It’s time for something new.
Something deeper.
Something that actually matters.

It’s time to step into the yoga teacher within you.

Because almost every YTT graduate says some version of this:

“I thought I was signing up to learn how to teach yoga…
I didn’t realize how much I’d learn about myself.”

With over 20 years of teaching experience — and many more years of lived practice — Kris Batzner of Central Michigan Kundalini and Center of Peace have partnered to offer a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training that goes far beyond poses and cueing (yes, we’ll cover those too).

This training is a deep dive into:

• Trauma-informed practice
• Somatic awareness + embodied teaching
• Yoga philosophy (on and off the mat)
• Nervous system education
• Ethical, grounded leadership
• Community, mentorship, and real support

You’ll graduate with the skills and confidence to teach yoga.

And you’ll also leave with something even bigger:
the ability to regulate your nervous system, trust your inner wisdom, and move through life with more clarity and steadiness.
