Center of Peace LLC Center of Peace is a trauma-informed, spirit-rooted community where healing happens in relationship. More than a studio, we’re building a sangha.

We offer yoga, wellness classes, workshops, coaching and a place to grow in community! Center of Peace, LLC is a coaching service in Central Michigan that provides virtual sessions. 🎄 The holidays always make the schedule go a little wonky! So here’s what we’re looking at this week:
Everything is normal with the exception of two things! Wednesday class will be run by Rhi 🙂 and I thought it’d be fun to celebrate the holiday. Wear Christmas stuff or holiday stuff if you want! I’ll be rocking my reindeer onzie 🙂
The studio is closed on Christmas Day but will pick back up Friday
If you’ve got family in town bring them with ❤️ it can be fun new family tradition
