It’s Administrative Professionals Day, and we’re celebrating Sara, Pleasant Psychology’s Billing Administrator!

Sara plays a huge role in keeping everything running smoothly for both our team and the families we support.

➔ When you first reach out for help, Sara is often the first person you talk to. She takes the time to listen, answer your questions, and help connect you to the kinds of services and the therapist that will be the best fit for your family.

➔ When you come to the office, she helps you feel comfortable and welcomed, showing you around and pointing you to the coffee and snacks.

➔ She helps you understand what services may cost and walks you through the insurance process in a way that’s easier to follow.

➔ She works directly with insurance companies to problem solve any issues (often spending hours on the phone with them!) and helps you get the most out of your benefits.

➔ And she does so much more behind the scenes so our therapists can stay focused on supporting kids and families.

We are so very grateful for you Sara!

A new session of our group therapy program The Social Circle is starting next week and there's still time to register!

This group will help teens learn and practice social skills with other kids who have similar struggles. They'll leave with new strategies to cope with anxiety and social challenges. And they'll have some fun 😁

We are so excited to share that our new Therapy Birds will be arriving this morning! We are naming them Joy and Sadness, because all feelings are welcome here 💚 They’ll be in the waiting room while they get acclimated to our space and then will start joining Corey in sessions!

Today we celebrated Hannah’s last day in the office before she moves to Texas 🍓 We are deeply sad to see her go, but also so grateful for everything she’s brought to the Pleasant Psychology team including her laughter and love of strawberries. We are looking forward to her ✨NEW✨role with us, providing telehealth therapy for teens from Texas!
