To our CNA scheduler, who juggles the impossible and still makes it work, even in an ice storm — you are nothing short of incredible 📞📅💪.
And to ALL of our staff — from housekeeping and laundry making sure our residents are warm, clean, and comfortable 🧺🧼, to dietary ensuring hot meals and comfort food during cold days 🍲❤️ — you are the backbone of this home. Every role matters. Every person counts.
Driving on ice, staying over, picking up extra shifts, checking on residents like family —that’s hero work. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ I’m beyond proud to be your DON and even more proud to stand beside you during times like these.
