In the lobby you’ll find our friendly and helpful staff, a place to sign-in for class, cold water, apparel and other products for sale. Whatever you might need to settle into class is here for you. And there’s ample space to visit and relax with other students. If you want to simply feel great —mentally and physically—you’ve come to the right place. This yoga will strengthen your body, clear your mind, and maybe even change your life. Our practitioners experience an intense physical workout, achieve greater flexibility, and find a mind-body connection that leads to mental clarity and calmness. Never done yoga? No problem. Can’t touch your toes? We can fix that. Don’t have a ballerina body? We couldn’t care less. Don’t be. It’s just yoga, it’s good for you, and you are going to feel great. Come in for class today.
