As we move into this season of gratitude, we want to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving from 360 Yoga. We’re so grateful for the intention, consistency, and heart you bring into the studio—you are what makes this community so special.
As you continue deepening your practice, here are a few subtle but powerful elements to focus on:
• Staying present — noticing thoughts, sensations, and breath as they arise.
• Minimizing movement between postures — reducing fidgeting to keep your energy steady and meditative.
• Moving together as a class — creating a unified rhythm that supports everyone.
• Focusing on your breath — letting each inhale and exhale guide your pace and calm.
• Staying in the room — building discipline, endurance, and trust in the process.
These small shifts can open deeper strength, stillness, and awareness—on and off the mat.
