Hi Everyone,
It has been a long haul after having my hip replacement surgery.
Getting back in gear is requiring a little more from me than just healing.
I Am working on getting my will power back into DRIVE and kick my tendency towards idleness to the curb. UGH!!!
I am teaching three classes a week.
My Monday and Wednesday classes are
Strengthening and Stabilizing and
Friday class at
bliss is Restorative.

I’m hoping to be posting more often on
Facebook and Instagram.
